How does work get planned?+
You share your roadmap and priorities. We plan the work in weekly cycles, demo progress every week and keep everything in a shared Slack channel, so you always know what is shipping next.
What does “AI-native” mean in practice?+
We use AI where it removes busywork: research synthesis, rapid prototypes in real code, AI-assisted engineering and test generation. Every decision and every line that ships is still reviewed by a senior person.
What hours do you work?+
Our team works into the evening, which gives you live overlap with US Eastern from 9am to 12:30pm every weekday, plus a full working day with the GCC and Europe.
Can we pause, cancel or switch plans?+
Yes. There is no minimum term: cancel with 30 days notice, or pause once a year.
Do you offer a free trial or sample work?+
No. We have not done spec work since 2011. We are happy to walk you through relevant projects and how we would approach your roadmap on an intro call.
