One of the biggest challenge for Visionet was to streamline content, navigation and information architecture on their website. Adding volumes of information from different competencies in serial form had made a bloated website that wasn't smartly portraying their steadfastness in the business world.
An interesting factor here for us was a tight deadline while exceeding customer expectations. Minimizing and simplifying lengthy and tedious content to make it web-friendly was another challenge. It was a large corporate website with a very short deadline so we had to work smartly and effectively. Redesigning and simplifying the architecture of a large corporate site to optimize content discovery was a lot to ask in the given deadline.
We collaborated with Visionet to design a website that provided agility to visitors and increased engagement. Visionet team walked us through all the user groups, competition, business model and helped us in understanding their domain.
We conducted competitive and comparative analysis to understand market positioning, Heuristic evaluations to identify usability problems in the existing website.
Our primary focus was to create an intuitive and modern website for Visionet that could decrease their bounce rate and increase visitor time. We created flowcharts and wireframes.
We also worked on brand and design system development. Another goal was to rapidly launch the new site while enabling Visionet internal teams to continually innovate.
We were on our way to continually design a cutting edge, trendy website for our client. We created User Interface design, created mood boards and icons.
Since Visionet is all about technological services, we kept the design minimalistic yet futuristic and empirical. This was guaranteed to influence visitors’ action and achieve business goals. A responsive website design ensured a consistent customer experience across all devices.
We were mindful of the content, context and users while sculpting the information architecture of the website. This guided us clearly on how functions work for users.
